How We Make Hiring Work
Step One
Once we establish a point of contact within your office, we will communicate regularly about the positions you have open. Let us know what you’re looking for and we will draw up a job description and start recruiting potential candidates.
Step Two
After we receive applications for your opening, we screen each and every candidate with a face-to-face interview with one of our recruiters to ensure they’re the right fit. We even recruit outside of the candidate pool if we find someone we think you will love.
Step Three
We will send the top candidates for you to review and then set those candidates up for interviews with your company at your request. We will make offers and negotiate salaries if needed, as well as perform any necessary background checks.
Step Four
For temp-to-permanent openings, your selected candidate will be on our company payroll for 90 days while you work with them and determine if they are the right fit. Direct hire employees will be employed by your company starting day one!.

Parcel Inspection Specialist
At this moment, we are looking for a Parcel Inspection Specialist to support customer's forwarding service.
SCHEME OF WORK:
- Receive packages to your own address or visit specified address for pickup;
- Unpack and examine incoming shipments;
- Forward packages using provided Prepaid Shipping Labels;
- Maintain accurate records of items shipped and received;
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
While adhering to policies, procedures and regulatory requirements you need to facilitate the shipping and receiving of products to/from Amazon/eBay/etc. This would include the management of goods deliveries with focus on accuracy, efficiency and time planning. Managing the flow of orders requires strong reliance on monitoring and coordination of delivery pickup and/or drop off schedules both manually and with computer programs. Also, you will need to eliminate the problems with orders flow or shipping delays and quality-control issues, such as damaged or improperly packed goods.
